The good news is much, though not all, of black under achievement can be remedied by good parenting. It seems about 70%-80% of the gap between black and white students is down to bad cultural practices in black communities, cultural aversion to education, and disengaged parents especially in the 80% of black homes which are single parent.
This study shows black or interracial children adopted by intact white families do significantly better on I.Q. tests than your average black raised students. They even score better than the white over all average though lower than their white peers from intact families. So big improvements but still behind similarly advantaged whites. It all comes down to culture and black American culture is terrible for children. The genetic component, if one exists at all, is less than 20% of the difference.

In reality it's not "alt righties" Lotus. Its regular American people who want to preserve their civil liberties and rights and be able to make a living without the government controlling everything and over taxing people. That's all it is.
No one cares about being wealthy. People care about living their lives without the government dictating everything.
All the problems we have are directly because of government meddling. The LAST thing we need is more government meddling.
All they are doing is wastefully spending our tax dollars on their stupid political interests and driving inflation. WHY would we give them MORE? Of anything?
