I prefer my lobster steamed or simply chopped in half and grilled with butter, lemon juice, and herds. Fried lobster is very popular down in Baja but I find it too greasy.

You can freeze them, you can batter them and toss them into boiling oil, and no matter what theor texture stays pretty much the same. The live ones definitely taste fresher than the frozen ones though.

The vegetarian fake meats are all worse for your health across the board. More processed, more salt, more chemicals, more oils, and a bunch of simple carbohydrates which will end up giving you diabetes. Not to mention soy tits from all that estrogen.

I tried several of them, yes, you definitely can tell the difference even in a blind taste taste plus the companies want to charge more for those over processed monstrosities when the meat clearly tastes better and is healthier to boot.
