We already have travel nurse, agencies. The benefits are important.

Nurses have to go thru years of training & employment to become certified. They aren't housemaids.

It is an interesting idea which should be allowed to go forward. No one is forced to do anything, it is just an additional option, and if the pay and benefits aren't good enough then no one will use it.
