So why is it exactly this nominee sides with Child predators?

Now, I have my own opinions regarding paying your debt to society and it being over and done with and your slate being wiped clean. On certain crimes up and until manslaughter. If you've paid your debt to society via an appropriate prison sentence which fits your crime then you should no longer be forced to check a box on job applications which indicate you are a "convicted felon".

I think that's wrong and only leads to future crimes as the individual becomes a marked man with the inability to sustain themselves in any realistic manner.

I cannot say the same for any kind of deliberate murder (including abortion) and any crime where an adult sexually assaults a child. I might consider leniency in a situation where the offender is close in age to their victim and the victim is themselves close to adulthood and pretending to be an adult in a convincing manner. But that's IT.

anyone who rapes or molests a child should, a fucking minimum, be branded for life in lieu of the unfortunate fact that we still haven't reached the point of civilized justice we're we can rip their balls off, set them on fire and throw them off a rooftop

You and I agree on this. Like I say, we dont kill enough criminals in this country. Not by a mile.
 
My lady, who is a black woman, is horrified by this abomination of a supreme court appointment

as are her two adult daughters

see what happens when you actually review someone's qualifications rather than just beating the narrative drum ?
 
For anyone who thinks like clown of an appointment is "super smart" cite ONE single case where she demonstrated above average judicial temperance and consistent adherence to the constitution irrespective of race or political affiliation

Don't you just love it how some of the women around here will weep and gnash their teeth alleging we only attack women but then say nothing as their supreme court nominee refuses to define what a woman is?

I'm thinking a woman should be defined as "any woman I want to rape". Right off the bat, we can conclude that Oak and Lotus will NEVER EVER be women!!!!
