No. They actually just did the opposite and allowed an issue to go back to the states so the people of the states can decide it.

Abortion laws and regulations will be up to the voters.

Lefties are too stupid to grasp the simple fact that the Court has one job: Interpret cases brought before it according to the Constitution. It is not the Court's job to shape public social policy. But Liberals think it is. This is why Roe was a bad ruling in the first place as it made up standing out of "penumbras and emanations" that everyone knew was horseshoe from the get go -- even Ruth Bader-Meinhoff Ginsburg -- and should have been kicked back to Texas in 1973. The Constitution is utterly silent on the issue and therefore not the perview of SCOTUS. Period.
