Standing in your home is a threat. They could be turned around with a weapon pointed at your fucking spouse or kid.

If someone is in your home as an intruder you have a human right to kill them. I dont understand the democrat desire to coddle dangerous sociopaths.

According to the link you provided, he chased the man off, still heard noises and shot outside of his home. He killed the man in the driveway.

A man standing on your driveway is not considered life-threatening here in many places. I guess not in Australia either.
He used unreasonable force.
