Homo Sapiens are, as a species, suicidal as fuck.
Make it make sense.
Interestingly the powers that be want to exctinctify us with the means of this new technology Artificial Intelligence @Garraty_47.
Can you imagine anything so absurd asking we the public around the world to embrace a technology so destructive that it intends to make us all obsolete? Take away our jobs or means of making a living by replacibg us all with computers. And in the name of what? Corporate greed and profits so they can push share prices higher?
Adoption of AI is representative of a suicidal mentality.
But if the elites take away everyone's ability to make a living, how can they possibly feed themselves and survive?Automation is only untenable in a predatory capitalist system that forces more and more people to compete for fewer and fewer jobs while refusing to mitigate the consequences or even admit there *are* consequences.
The whole concept of "earning" a living is premised on the idea that nobody deserves to live by default despite the fact that none of us *chose* to be born into this dystopian hellscape of a so-called civilization.
It's very self-destructive and that's by malicious design.
The line between improving our existence in this planet and making sure that existence is threatened in the long term by such improvements is a very thin one.Homo Sapiens are, as a species, suicidal as fuck.

At least in the wealthy Western nations I don't see how any more technological enhancements can improve our quality of life. Essentially we have it all. Designer clothes, designer diets, designer medicine. Any consuner product you can think of. Cars custom made from the factory pre-ordered on the Internet from tge company website. Computers presently that fulfill our needs. So any more enhancements can only be used to cannibalize the human race. Ie like wiping out jobs with AI. Thats not an enhancement of our existenceThe line between improving our existence in this planet and making sure that existence is threatened in the long term by such improvements is a very thin one.

First: we eat the elites
Second: we build a better civilization without the exploitative bullshit.
Third: some jackass re-invents capitalism and it starts all over again
Bullshit…I guess you haven’t figured out sustainability yet?The line between improving our existence in this planet and making sure that existence is threatened in the long term by such improvements is a very thin one.
Here is the video of the life pod things without any annoying commentary...
AI and microplastics. Both bad.Interestingly the powers that be want to exctinctify us with the means of this new technology Artificial Intelligence @Garraty_47.

People who think AI is bad are small thinkers.
Sure, some AI is bad because it has been implemented poorly. Just like all kinds of technology. But if implemented properly, AI can free up people's time. Freedom to enjoy your life instead of working.
There's nothing wrong with technology that removes drudgery from people's lives. I think the problem with technology, like all other resources is how it's distributed.
What do you mean by "distributed"?
Do you mean there is an unequal distribution? i.e. some benefit more than others
Or...?
