There does seem to be a stark contrast between what certain countries promote at home and abroad. In Israel for example, gay marriage is illegal, but in other countries, jews have been very vocal about why it should be legalised.
In Russia, LGBT propaganda is forbidden, but in south America, RT advertises and celebrates gay pride rallies.
