Jon Taffer is a fucking stud.

Sure he's dramatic but he's 100% the exact same person in real life. That's a guy who 100% loves the hospitality industry and if that guy is on your shit you better fix it.

One of my old bosses claims to have worked with him (I believe him) and said he was just as obnoxious in real life, wouldn't serve a beer if there was even a speck of dust on the glass, etc.

But, he also said the restaurant was so clean you could lick the floor and not get sick. That's a boss I wanna work for in this industry.
