I like lemon the most as a garnish for fish.

Yes and I make jars of my own.

4 large spoons of Mayo.

About a heap spoon of chopped capers and one heaped spoon of chopped pickle.

Teaspoon of lemon juice and half a teaspoon of mustard powder.

Mix and jar, keeps well and got all the flavour!!!

fish fried on the fire.. well put a grate on there first. don't be a fucking idiot like some people i know have done. salt/pepper. some margarine or however its spelled. lemon.. and whatever spices herbs you might have.
than put er on a nice fresh as can be kaiser. ketchup but not too much jackasses.
wash it all down with good beer.. STRONG ONE AT THAT. Many several. Like 6.5 and up..
in the wee hours of the night. Slightly chilly and you can make chili too to add to your fish sandwich with some habernos.. Oh yeah
