I can handle it being lame if it gives Gary the shits. Fair trade.Because it's lame as fuck...and it gives Gary the shits.
It's like you are back at webtv and some angry noob got a case of the raging sphincter and rearranged all the old threads in the webtv only groups.
G you got to lighten up man. Take some pills, smoke some joints or something. Life is too short to be serious all of the time.Wow, I haven't thought of melded threads in a long time.
I admit it was lame if only because it didn't take any creativity at all, but I also have to admit it could be annoying as fuck.
Not unlike mumbling "bump" to resurrect a years-old thread without even actually contributing anything to it.
Why not use that time and energy to poast something new?
Makes no fucking sense to me.

Or walk on by…Perhaps it's a new marketing technique to make old things new again...I don't get it mainly because the only time I ever saw it being used was as a way to scramble forum threads usually by a butt hurt person having a meltdown. At TRF when that was done the person usually got a 3 day ban and they called in the forum janitor to re bump all the new threads to the front page.
You should call sheriff and ask why he encourages this bizarre forum ritual.

Disgusted and disappointed at what?Any "not lightened up" is only happening in your head.
I'm not mad; a bit disgusted and disappointed, yeah.
But not mad.

Halloween bumpedIsn't there a Halloween thread you could bump? At least it could spur some thoughts with the holiday coming up?
How about Canadian Thanksgiving?

Fuck you're hard to get a read on.<looks at the thread title, OP, subsequent responses, and recalls all the other times I've opined on this subject>
Oh, nothing really.
Don't worry about it.
Fuck you're hard to get a read on.
And that's another thing. You're too damn eloquent. Then you must be reading too much into my poasts, to the point you're assuming things that aren't there.
I think I've been perfectly clear on most subjects and only say "most" because of Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle which prevents me, logically, from being all-encompassing with that declaration. It's possible I've been intentionally obtuse or deceptive here and there but I don't recall a specific example.
And that's another thing. You're too damn eloquent.
Prolixy tooI think the word you might be searching for is: verbose.
And that's another thing. You're too damn eloquent.
Now you are trying too hard to sound eloquent to impress me.I'm exactly as eloquent as I need be to speak plainly.
Perhaps you expect me to apologize for having a somewhat larger than average vocabulary?
Ha ha. Not gonna happen.
What good is having an expansive collection of wurdz if you don't use them?
Feel free to ignore anything I poast that you find odious or incomprehensible.
Isn't that what people keep telling me?
"Just ignore him" and "just scroll past her" and other banal unrequested advice.
Is that advice only supposed to apply to me?
Interesting.
Fuck you're hard to get a read on.
Now you are trying too hard to sound eloquent to impress me.
It would have sounded more eloquent had he used the term "unsolicited" where he used "unrequested". Unrequested sounds a bit too pedestrian.
