I see what you are saying and most members who announce their departure from the forum in anger or whatever reason, end up returning a week or so later, but these 3 members are very different. We've already lost Lily and Garraty and I can tell you neither will ever return. Not under their real usernames anyway. Think what you want about Lily, Garraty or Holliday, all 3 were active and posted content that generated a lot of drama and interest on the board which is often what is needed to keep a forum running. I know that it's the Christmas season and sometimes that can slow things down on the forum because members are with their loved ones celebrating. In this case I know why they left but I'm not getting into some big debate over it.
Personally me and Holliday get on ok I've only ever taken any trolling he's sent my way as playful, he and I have had good convos, if theres any dislike between us its from his side only, he's arguing with Fred and I like Fred so I've tried to sit that one out.
Lily left but I personally don't think this forum was a good fit for, fundamentally I don't think she's a bad person but she likes to fling shit but is ill equip for return volleys, I'm sure shes happy at the bubble and I wish her the best.
I like Garraty I met him nearly 20yrs ago he mods elsewhere and yeah probs won't return, Holliday however I doubt is going anywhere, forums always have people come and go its just the way it is.
