I see what you are saying and most members who announce their departure from the forum in anger or whatever reason, end up returning a week or so later, but these 3 members are very different. We've already lost Lily and Garraty and I can tell you neither will ever return. Not under their real usernames anyway. Think what you want about Lily, Garraty or Holliday, all 3 were active and posted content that generated a lot of drama and interest on the board which is often what is needed to keep a forum running. I know that it's the Christmas season and sometimes that can slow things down on the forum because members are with their loved ones celebrating. In this case I know why they left but I'm not getting into some big debate over it.

BF, with all due respect, telling veteran members that they can just die if they don't come back isn't a good thing to say. You may regret later in life after thinking about it. The holiday season does slow down the traffic. Yes it does, but these members left in extreme anger. Don't tell them all to die if they stay away. The other reason things are slow is because these members aren't here anymore. You are not in any position right now to be telling members who left the forum to die. It only makes things much worse bro.

Personally me and Holliday get on ok I've only ever taken any trolling he's sent my way as playful, he and I have had good convos, if theres any dislike between us its from his side only, he's arguing with Fred and I like Fred so I've tried to sit that one out.

Lily left but I personally don't think this forum was a good fit for, fundamentally I don't think she's a bad person but she likes to fling shit but is ill equip for return volleys, I'm sure shes happy at the bubble and I wish her the best.

I like Garraty I met him nearly 20yrs ago he mods elsewhere and yeah probs won't return, Holliday however I doubt is going anywhere, forums always have people come and go its just the way it is.

Well, I can't speak for everyone else but I like to think that I'm grateful. When a member donates or is actively posting it usually means that they do in fact, feel grateful to be here and want to help out. I warned you a year or so ago that allowing pedo remarks would cause trouble in the future and here we are. Two members left for that exact reason. BF you have to listen very closely to what these members say to you even in anger. Words whether spoken or typed can have a tremendous effect on another person. Others left because you don't enforce the rules. Especially when someone is trolling in a thread that isn't in the MD. I know that you can't please everyone either. I get it, believe me, but having this fuck you have a nice life attitude to those who leave only makes them distance themselves even more from this place.

Members also feel very ungrateful to you too because you never seem to recognize all of the work that they've put in as well. Not every member that comes here is for the trolling. Many are just looking to meet somebody and enjoy themselves. Those members deserve to enjoy this forum as well even if they aren't a troll. As it stands now, unless you are using ghost mods you run the risk of content being posted that can cause headaches for all of us.
