It appears that anyone with a white username has SB moderating permissions. I don't think it was originally intentional but now BF is letting it go to see what happens.

I have kicked the tires in various subforums and haven't found any other hidden permissions. Seems like this usergroup once had a boatload of permissions and the SB edit function was some sort of remnant that was overlooked when BF went on with randomly assigning members to groups
