Cornell7 A College Rape Case Has Ignited the Country. Let’s Talk About What We’re Actually Talking About Here.

But I notice you would refuse to call 6 large negro fraternity bucks "entitled, preppy frat boy dooshbags" if this incident had happened at Grambling State University.
Are they entitled, preppy, frat boy dooshbags in your hypothetical event?
.If they are then I suppose that's what you would call them.
The question is, why don't you call the Cornell 7 the same?
Why are you afraid, like a little sissy boy, to call a spade a spade?

I didn't call the young men at Cornell anything. That was you. I don't make snap judgements based upon Envy like you Leftists do.

Exactly my point.
. You are afraid to. Why is that?
I am circumspect in such cases as these. If you got back to the beginning of the thread you can see where I predicted the Leftist Rage frenzy we see happening in realtime. This is just like the Duke LaCrosse story. The only difference is we don't know the ethnicity of the young woman, but you know if she were black or brown you people would be in a full blown racial shriekfest right now.

I just saw Trump opine about the Cornell rape case. I now understand where the MAGAtards got their POV.

You see, this is where you lose all of the rational people.
.It's what you people always do.
Are you pretending to be offended because I said "you people" in reference to you Leftist America Hating Shitbags? And no one fails to notice you dodge the most simple of debate questions because you know I am always right, correct and true, and you Lefties hate that.

And you of all people shouldn't talk about rationality

Shameless "no you" there, brain damage. Legendary.
Yes, we know, Marty.

Yes, we know, Marty.

No shit, brain damage. I've been telling you that we all know. You're going to follow the predictable Minor Attracted Guardian Association script and defend conservative pervertry and you'll fall back on shameless "no you" remarks because your drool cup is overflowing.

We know, brain damage.

If these Frat Boys were advertising "free pussy" on social media that sounds like human trafficking imho. Will the rape apologists pretend the co-ed consented to be human trafficked?

Nobody here supports rape.

This is just more virtue signalling and gaslighting from the Leftists here.

If you want to get personal, how about we look at facts?

Admin, are you married? Have you found a woman that you love and cherish so much that you committed to living the rest of your life with her?

No. In fact, you were on this site posting PI about a massage therapist that you paid to touch you and making comments like "I would date her if she was not married".

You would have been right there with all the other deviant creeps, ready to assault the young woman.

Puddin Head Prowler doesn't consider this a rape case though
. because once the woman was unconscious she never once said no, stop, I don't want this,
or in any way resist.

Discussing a miscarriage of justice in a chatroom where current events are frequently talked about is "Virtue Signaling"? What dumbfucks. A young woman was raped and the law enforcement community blew it off at the time, now that it's been exposed to the light of day and cooler heads are finally looking into the allegations the rape apologists are upset, boo fucking hoo you incels.

Her initial statement indicated she wasn't "tricked"into taking drugs and the sex was consensual. That's why no charges were brought.

Why do you think this is a political issue, Admin.?

BROCK TURNER IS REPORTEDLY USING A DIFFERENT NAME, GOT A PROMOTION AND BOUGHT A HOUSE IN HIS OHIO HOMETOWN
Stanford, California / Oakwood, Ohio

If you don't remember or know about Brock Turner, here's the story, because it's one of the cases that made everyone furious about how the justice system treats privileged men.

In January 2015, Brock was a 19-year-old freshman at Stanford and a star on the swim team. He'd been a three-time All-American swimmer at Oakwood High School, outside Dayton, Ohio. On the night of Jan. 17, he went to a party at the Kappa Alpha fraternity house, where he met a 22-year-old woman who wasn't a Stanford student. She'd come to the party with her younger sister.

Early the next morning, two Swedish grad students riding their bikes past the frat house saw Brock on top of the woman on the ground behind a dumpster. She wasn't moving. When they stopped, Brock ran, and they chased him down and pinned him until police got there. The woman was unconscious. She woke up hours later in the hospital with no memory of what happened.

Brock was charged and went to trial. In March 2016, a jury convicted him of three felonies for sexually assaulting an unconscious, intoxicated woman. He faced up to 14 years, and prosecutors asked for six.

On June 2, 2016, Santa Clara County Judge Aaron Persky sentenced him to six months in county jail and three years' probation. Persky said prison would have a "severe impact" on him. And then Brock's dad, Dan Turner, wrote a letter to the judge saying his son shouldn't pay such a steep price for "20 minutes of action." People lost their minds (understandably).

What really blew this up, though, was the victim's statement. She'd read a 7,000-word letter to Brock in court, and it went viral. Millions of people read it within days, and it was even read out loud on the floor of Congress. For years, she was only known as "Emily Doe." In 2019, she revealed her name, Chanel Miller, and wrote a bestselling memoir called Know My Name.

Brock only served three months. He got out on Sept. 2, 2016, for good behavior, moved back to Ohio, and has to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life. USA Swimming banned him for life. His appeal was denied in 2018.

The fallout was huge. California voters recalled Judge Persky in June 2018, the first time a California judge had been recalled in more than 80 years. California also passed a law requiring prison time for sexually assaulting an unconscious or intoxicated person, so a sentence like Brock's can't happen there again.

Now here's the new part. The Daily Mail says it tracked him down. When he was last photographed in 2019, he was making about $12 an hour working on a factory floor and living with his parents. Now he's 31, reportedly going by his middle name, Allen, and has worked his way up to a supplier quality specialist at the same Dayton-area manufacturer that hired him after his conviction (Tark manufacturing). Public records show he paid $162,500 for a house in Oakwood, the same suburb he grew up in. The Daily Mail also says the family that rallied so hard around him after his arrest "has fallen apart," but the excerpt doesn't say how.

The story is coming out now because the "Cornell 7" lawsuit has people talking about how colleges handle sexual assault again.

From the hallowed halls of Stanford University to a production job in a factory (not that there’s anything wrong with that)

You realize that no one will read that or care, don't you, Mingie?
