It depends on where he went. Anywhere between a couple of weeks and 6 months if he really went to rehab.

How do you reform a compulsive wanker? Show him Lily porn? Or pictures of Jack in a bikini? Either could cause you to suck your dick into your body cavity. Maybe just buy him some asbestos gloves and coolant and his book of of Racoons and Possums in sexually compromising poses its quite harmless I think lol.

There was this really nerdy kid in middle school. His hair was always so greasy it was this shiny jet black color, he smelled bad, he talked weird, he had no friends and was picked on all the time.
I picture him whenever I read a post by @Alticus. It's not inconceivable they're the same person.

I knew there were underlying issues with Alticus.
I could literally feel the weird buzzing off of him everytime I read one of his Ted Bundy-esque posts. He was soooo hot and cold. One day he was your buddy, half a second later he's the Blair Witch on steroids.
It wasn't until the dark and twisted pm's from him that I knew he wasn't right in the head, and that I prolly needed to watch my step around the budding psychopath. I'm not joking or trolling when I say this...
...Alticus is not well. I wouldn't be surprised if he has mental illness, which is made worse by smoking cannabis. The guy shouldn't use recreational drugs, and stick to his 243 prescriptions.
Remember, Alticus was molested as a young tad pole, and stats show victims become the abusers. Alticus has already talked of hurting animals and people, so it's not a far stretch to even maybe think he was involuntarily committed.
