You should quote all the members here or anyone for that matter that does not consider Russia being the aggressor.
Unfortunately, simply saying that gets us nowhere.I am sick to death of power-hungry narcissists. Fry them all.
We're pretty much aligned on how things got the way they are.It was always the USA/NATO's plan to provoke Russia into a war with Ukraine.
Russia began the special military operation to:
1) Stop Ukraine from continuing its slaughter of its own ethnic Russian citizens in the Donbas region, something it'd been doing since the USA-facilitated Maidan coup in 2014.
2) Prevent Ukraine from becoming a NATO country directly on Russia's border. At the "end" of the cold war NATO promised not to expand and then broke that promise many times over. Russia has always been clear and firm in its position that a NATO country on its border would be a militarily hostile act and treated accordingly.
Russia and Ukraine had a peace agreement, called the Minsk Accords, that western politicians have since admitted was never serious and was only used as a delaying tactic to scale up Ukraine's military posture.
Russia and Ukraine were close to finalizing a peace agreement in 2022 but agents of NATO, most notably Boris Johnson, intervened to ensure the talks never concluded successfully. In that agreement hostilities would end provided that the Donbas region would become independent and Ukraine would pledge not to seek NATO membership.
After repeated bad-faith negotiations and military escalations by Ukraine Russia did what it had to do for its own security and the security of the Donbas' inhabitants.
It's common knowledge USA/NATO involvement in Ukraine is long-standing and has always had the goal of luring Russia into a protracted costly proxy war that would weaken Russia militarily and make it more vulnerable to regime change via western-sponsored destabilization efforts and economic warfare (sanctions/seizures/etc.).
Ukraine is merely a pawn to be sacrificed in 'Murica's game of global hegemony.
Anyone telling you different is lying.
Oh, gee. Sorry. Can you link to some of the posts here that are getting us somewhere? Thanks in advance.Unfortunately, simply saying that gets us nowhere.
Excellent sarcasm.Oh, gee. Sorry. Can you link to some of the posts here that are getting us somewhere? Thanks in advance.

In extremely hierarchial societies, those without free speech, individuals who get to the top are frequently the most ruthless and cruel of the group. Power doesn't corrupt; it attracts the already corrupt.I am sick to death of power-hungry narcissists. Fry them all.
Garry Anne, 'splain why you approve of Russia probing Polands Borders, and why you agree with your Russian handlers instructions that Poland belongs "back home" under the warm embrace of Mother Russia which is totally not trying to recreate a "Soviet Union"It was always the USA/NATO's plan to provoke Russia into a war with Ukraine.

WARSAW, Poland -- Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said on Tuesday that Poland successfully prevented what appeared to be an attempted provocation on its border with the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad overnight.
He gave few details but said that “individuals with flashlights” had been observed in the border area. The Polish guards prevented any incident from happening.
Poland, NATO’s largest member on the alliance’s eastern flank, borders Russia’s Kaliningrad exclave to the north and Belarus, Moscow’s close ally, to the east.
“Just after midnight, I received information from the border guards that disturbing movement had been observed on the Polish-Russian border,” Tusk said.
The Polish police, working with the military, border guards and intelligence services, have been carrying out additional activities recently to strengthen security along Poland’s borders with Russia and Belarus, including near the Russian exclave of Kaliningrad.
The preventive measures were being conducted in the northeastern regions of Warmia-Masuria and Podlaskie, a police spokesperson told the AP.
On Tuesday, Tusk confirmed that a special operation coordinated by the police was happening in the two border regions.
Tusk said additional police and other troops, including counter-terrorism units, were recently directed to Poland’s north-east border regions after authorities received “more precise” information that acts of sabotage, including a potential incursion into Poland by “armed people,” were possible in the first half of November.
“We have been receiving information for some time from our services and from allies' services that ... acts of diversion or more serious provocations on the border with Russia, or even sabotage acts orchestrated by hostile services, could occur,” Tusk said.
He said he received further warnings about possible escalations from Gen. Alexus Grynkewich, NATO's Supreme Allied Commander in Europe, while .
