2) Also, one of the many social pathologies that plague the Democrat-created plantation culture of multi-generational welfare negroes is the problem of young black girls getting knocked up at extremely young ages. I personally know a black woman who had her first pregnancy at 13. At 14 she had her first child and got her very first welfare check of her very own.
