I have a culinary question. Yes, I know I could go to the web, but I was hoping to get answers from semi-real people.
I just recently roasted a marinated pork loin. Cooked it per the instructions. I let it cook and then wrapped it up in tin foil and put it onto the refrigerator.
My question is, with that pork loin after cooling down, and sliced thin, will it work as sandwich meat? Has anyone done this before? I got this idea after doing the same with chicken breast. I'm asking only because I'm waiting for the pork loin to cool down. Do I don't know how it will taste cold and used as thin slices of sandwich meat.
