That was a feature of VBulletin. We lost many features switching software, but had to for security reasons. VBulletin stopped creating updates and half their crew split and created their own company called Xenforo. Everything now costs... Trophies, any cool features, premium LIKE system w dislikes, even the "5 latest threads/newest member" area at the bottom of the front page... that costs $35 first year just to organize it so its not so stretched out... next week I see us putting all that on the right side, top like most Xenforo boards. Looks better.

Standard board features of the past are not with us with this latest, greatest software. They not only make you purchase their "modification goodies", but they expire annually and then we "lease" them.

That said, we still gotta have fun with all this and were gonna drop some cash.

I wasn't sure where to ask this, or if it even matters, but how many pictures/gifs per post in the image/porn threads is too much? I know you can do a max of ten or whatever, and normally I do five, but I know DeadSkinMask used to ask us to only do like 1-2 because he was posting via the browser on his PS3 and couldn't handle tons of pictures at the same time. 5-10 pictures per post, 20 posts per page, that's 100-200 pictures/gifs all loading at the same time. I didn't wanna post just one picture at a time because I have a backlog of a couple thousand pics on my Imgur and my post count would be retarded, but I can if that's what people prefer. That would make it easier for me to tell what people are actually liking when they like my posts at least.

Thoughts?

Some threads will crash a browser... especially the GIFS. Not much more to say than that... its up to the individuals machine and what they can away with.

The upside of multi images in a single post versus the downside seems to favor downside. Let's knock it down to 3 images per...

I prefer one per, cause I always like one pic more than the others yet hate quoting. 3 is a decent amount though. I can't go into gif threads or music threads with tons on one page, it simply doesn't load.
