Okay, so just a quick last comment re: sourcing.
. I had been getting from a Brit company (The Blessed Seed) and they make a good product, love the strong taste.
I think they are muzzies, but I forgive them. Shipping of course takes longer - 3 weeks or so, so I found a US based company who do the pressing here of premium Ethiopian black seed. Very high thymoquinone content and at a price near half (5$/oz) price by comparison. Coming next week - a supply (16 oz) which will take me through the winter complete at a tsp/day.
. Anyone wants to know the company...PM me.
