(Re: the Wubbels case) That cop broke the law. That was assault. That cop should have been dragged into the parking lot and beaten until his next stop would have been the E.R. A badge is not a shield that permits lawbreaking.

And for the record, I'm all in favor of law and order. But that cop was enforcing neither law nor order. He was the criminal in that scenario, and should have been handled by hospital security as such.

No matter what, our Law Enforcement Officers deserve our respect. They do their best to keep us safe. Some day, and I hope never, you and your family may need their services. It has been my experience that all, state, local and federal have been courteous at all times. Having many friends retired and active in law enforcement they are just like you and I. They have to be serious while working. They've no idea what they will experience at any time.
