as someone who has been in a state everyone moved to since the 60s… let me tell you that this is nothing to be proud of… you think I want to see Texas or Florida plates moving into my neighborhood? Hell NO. I want the local families who built this community ito remain here. I want everyone else to get and stay the fuck out.
They will be faced with the same overcrowding as we are here eventually and inevitably… well, maybe not as bad because our desirable year round weather is what encourages people to come here and they lack this there…. But their rental rates are already 35% higher than the average income. This is where the supply and demand of the real estate market is going to continue to assfuck the economy with no Vaseline.

Agreed. Newscum is the worst governor in my lifetime. The guy actually creates crises. He shutdown power plants then we have rolling blackouts every summer. He empties reservoirs out into the ocean then we don't have enough water. He bans proper forest management then over grown forests have epic fires because the usual small fires were all put out and fuel was allowed to build up. They ban advanced placement and advanced classes in the name of "equity" then test scores go down.
Now he wants to replace math and English instruction with racist woke nonsense. Having students not being able to read or do math will harm them but Newscum and the dems don't care as long as they become zombies for the left. It is a fucking shit show.
