Why would you chose to make the report and claim the rapist was 17......when you dont know....2 days after releasing the girl back to a mother who is at the LEAST negligent enough to not know her daughter was assaulted at fucking NINE?

Nine year olds dont just run the streets unsupervised. They dont go to parties. They dont hang out. These are children who shouldnt be able to missing in action long enough to be raped.

Oh so doctors arent responsible for out of state patients?

So child abusers should just take their injured kids to the hospital in other states where jurisdiction will protect the abuser? That doesnt work like that, Admin. Yeah the crime has to be charged in OH. That doesnt mean medical professionals in other states are less responsible for their patients.

Let me try explaining another scenario so maybe you'll understand the issue better.

Let's say a moms boyfriend beats the 4 year old. And one night that 4 year old goes unresponsive and is taken to the ER (this happens all the time btw.....I can easily cite several sad cases just like this).

Mom tells the ER staff the kid fell off the bed and she just found the kid unresponsive. Or she doesnt know what happened. This makes the situation suspicious, and the doctor on staff starts ordering things like CTs, blood tox, et. The doctors orders this to look for signs of abuse.

So the CT comes back and they have found several old broken bones. Often times with abused children, there will be bones that have been broken or fractured and never treated and just left to heal on their own.

Given this child doesnt die in the hospital.....do you think MOM gets to take that child back home?

Now why the fuck do people think the rules magically change when its moms boyfriend or friend raping the child and signs of that rape have been discovered by medical staff? Suddenly we release abused children back to abuse now because "muh abortion!"? If that little girl had 2 year old broken clavicle, she would have been taken into custody. Actually one of my school acquaintances had a beautiful child with severe Cerebral Palsy. Sam was his name, one day the parents had to do something so they put him in care for the night. Those carers failed to look after him like the parents did and he suffocated and died. She used to drink to cope. They were fairly well off and had other children.

Now cerebral palsy isn't detected because its a normal child that's brain is starved of oxygen while being delivered. Anyone from birth to old age can develop cerebral palsy ie car accidents and so on!~. You can't prevent that with abortion but there are similar conditions resulting from faulty genes that little kids don't make it to 5 even. You and I don't have to look after them but someone gets a life sentence looking after them.

There have been mothers pushing kids in wheelchairs off cliffs or bridges. You probably think they should be jailed where as I have compassion for their situation. I know they were DRIVEN to that.

Saying we doing this and doing that and have charities for this and that and they'll be looked after is not true. Maybe 20 or 30 years ago, sure, people were more kind but not today. It's every man for himself and then only carers want big bucks and aren't in the job because they love it. They are in the job for the money. And they change jobs frequently.
