Can you cite the part of the Parental Rights in Education bill where it bans any discussion about what to do if an adult touches or manipulates you?
Because that's not part of the bill. I'd like to see the part YOU think bans teachers from instructing children on sex abuse and common tactics from sex abusers.
To be clear.....I dont know of any school that teachers that, it's always been a family issue for the parents to handle. So it's not touches on anywhere before the FL law.
But it's also not part of what is being banned in elementary school.

I can post these curriculum segments in NJ, CA, everywhere they have this "inclusive education" bullshit.
No where is their any talk about sex abuse. There is nothing but explicite sexual identity politcs.
There is reason they are being called groomers.
Only a left would argue that if adult school staff cannot talk to students about sexual orientation, masturbation and gender cult beliefs and take them to drag performances......they cannot address sex abuse and teach children what to do.

Admin do you even understand the function of the SCOTUS? The federal court is where you take your grievances with the state if you feel your constitutional rights were violated.
No SHIT a teacher being fired for excercising his constitutional right to practice his religion went to SCOTUS. Where else would it go?
If someone violated state laws on indecent exposure, they cannot make an arguement that the law violates his constitutional right. There is no part of the Constitution that protects whipping out your dick in public. Is there?
There IS however constitutional rights regard the freedom to practice your religion. This case went to the SCOTUS because there was an argument that this Coach praying on the feild would make students compelled to join him. THATS what made it dicey. The SCOTUS only hears arguments that involve constitutional conflict.

The argument was that the pastor praying on the feild after games could compelle students to also pray even if they arent comfortable with it. Which is a dumb fucking argument when you look at it. If a kid feels uncomfortable praying, he isnt gonna see someone praying and just be drawn in to join.
Hence why the SCOTUS ruled the mans prayer on the feild was constitutionally protected. He did it AFTER thr game and asked no one.
The last hospital floor I worked on I had a muslim coworker who had a prayer rug. And a few times a day when she didnt have work to do, she would pull out her prayer rug and do her prayers. Absolutely none of us cared or felt pressured to join.
You cant use the government as some bitch slap arm to punish and "train" people whose beliefs you dont like. And people also have no right or business forcing THEIR beliefs on other people.
