I suspect he was screwing up his face intentionally for that effect because it's older than the duck lip pic.

I suspect his face is already screwed up. No need for the special effects.

What are we looking at?

Well...if you'll notice the unusually stilted right arm, crooked in a fashion that frankly looks very uncomfortable. I mean, it looks like he has Cerebral Palsy for God fucking sakes. Forgive me, I digress.

What I'm pointing out is the clownish manner in which the "Cookie Monster" is trying to look seductive, but ends up looking like Boy George without all of Aryan's pastel colored makeup.

Ahh Scotland.
He's a rabid leftist who supports the state-endorsed ethnic cleansing and racial replacement of his people. According to him, all the swarthy Middle Eastern males who are fresh off a dinghy, are here to work and contribute to society.

LoL!

The picture was from a decade ago.

He looks old as fuck in the picture, his head now prolly looks like The Prowler's (may his soul rest in peace), all shiny and bald and shit.

@Fredricka

Funny you brought up the camera. That looks like the camera that was advertised on T.V. for a while. I think it was called "Flix" or something. It was supposed to be the new hip camera for "young adults." But, I don't believe it was being sold in 2015 . I mean, I could be wrong, the picture is too grainy and white-washed to get any detail on the camera. It could be a Minolta from 2001. Who knows.

He probably borrowed it off his great granddaughter
