The marscapone melts nicely when the French toast is put in the oven on lov before you serve brunch. I also heat the maple syrup with 2 tsps of butter added. They carry marscapone at Trader Joe’s and most markets in the states. I’m sure you could substitute with some cream cheese broken down with a little milk and honey added for the sweetness.

@Blurt ~ I only use the good Mexican stuff... but I’m still out of town and will have to check the bottle to confirm @ your recommendations

meats and cheeses (my favorites are an English or Irish white chedaea quality salami with chorizo seasoning).

Murdy’s signature Shark Cootie board always includes:
Camembert ~ my favorite cheese for this, but you can also use Bre
tomato salsa ~ mine is tomato, white onion and sugar cause I’m basic like that
roasted garglic ~ you want one clove for every bite trust me on this
Naan ~ grilled

pickled veggies

nuts
olives

grouchy girlfriend to point out you’re assembling it wrong mandatory for grand finale shot of whiskey
