Harris is part of the point, though. Trump didn't get elected because nobody thought he was lying. The media ran nothing but an "Everything Trump says is a lie!" chant, the entire election cycle.
Nobody is going to be disillusioned, because that's not why people chose him. They chose him because Trump was the less egregious choice.
