And yet, Harris did better than Biden would have.

Biden was headed for a McGovern performance or a Ronald Reagan landslide for the Republicans.

I know Harris had a lot of shortcomings, but she was at least slightly credible.

But a guy mumbling in front of a camera, forgetting his lines & shouting into a camera like Homer Simpson's grandpa doesn't cut it at all.

Biden led his party down the garden path to defeat.

He is mostly to blame for the Democrats' loss.

I think Harris deserves some credit for preventing a total blowout.
