How could he stack the court?
He could have increased the number of judges, by executive order, I believe. The Constitution does not stipulate how many judges sit on the court, and the number has been changed over the centuries. The stacking of the court was talked about a lot when he first took office, especially considering what the CONs did to Merrick Garland. He shouldn't have stood for that. Obama shouldn't have, either.

Well, if an executive order can't do it, Biden could have done it during his first two years in office when he had a Dem majority. Like I said, there was talk everywhere about him doing it when he took office. He waited until 2023 to propose SCOTUS reforms.

Not at all. People have the right to vote for whomever they want and he lied through his teeth to get them to do it.
There's a reason half the electorate was not interested this go round.
