He's a retired tradie from San Fran who hasn't worked since 2000. He fled to Costa Rica and badgers teenagers since. His legs aren't strong enough to get up on his board any longer. He barely manages getting in and out of his white Toyota truck. He lives with his long haired cat and has a kiddy pool which iguanas sometimes take over.
He subsists on social security....
