Alticus asking about someone wanting to be a moderator would be like me going into a restaurant, sitting at a table, the woman comes over and says "can I get you something to drink" and the manager comes over and says to her "you were fired months ago, either sit down and order something or there's the door, please stop bothering the patrons".
