Yes, the Palestinian diaspora is overwhelming. The Jewish diaspora is huge as well. All because Europeans were bigoted assholes towards Jews.

Sorry, Lotus - that was a cease-fire proposal by outside agents. Hamas has previously rejected cease-fire proposals made by Israel. They are just panicking because they are about to get their genocidal asses handed to them. Too bad for them - they should have agreed to lay down arms and return hostages a loooong time ago.
