Not enough people for fun activities like that anymore...the last days of the third rail forum had a hard time fielding 10 people to participate in the 5 vs 5 teams for the final Pick your poison competition. If Third Rail had a hard time attracting new posters back then, you are not going to see any growth now. BF and BC are now very much like TWAP's old board, a small group of posters who are more likely to break their hips than post cutting edge internet content.
