Key word here is "Allies" and the commonwealth by itself will lose.
The Commonwealth will lose because their defence was always contingent on isolated theatres of threat and the West cannot be everywhere at the same time, nor is a nuclear escalation sought by any opponents... so if you can't blast each other, you give up and consolidate territories...
If they do end up blasting each other, they won't likely do it in the Southern Hemisphere. It's an unspoken agreement of sorts...
