1st thing they should do is pull their head out of their asses and realize America didn't vote for them, as much as against Trump/MAGA.
After that, think about the mistakes that lead to America rejecting Trump/MAGA. and don't do those things.
Then they should consider their own past mistakes and resist repeating them.

He still has considerable power,(looking at you SCOTUS) but we now have serious legitimate guardrails back in place to control the bull in the china shop as much as they constitutionally can. Democrats obey and defend the constitution, the last Congress ignored it for the most part.
