Elon Musk and his allies have spent the last two weeks barreling full speed into multiple government agencies, causing confusion and chaos and raising questions about whether an unelected businessman can wield this kind of authority, seemingly running roughshod over laws and programs set up by Congress.

I believe so. He needed someone to oversee the dismantling of the Department. It serves no constitutional or legislative purpose and it has utterly failed in its mission to improve educational excellence in our country. Student test scores have declined every year since the inception of the DoE in 1980. I would call that a failure.
So it will be quite interesting to see what kind or spending waste is uncovered there. My guess is we'll see a long line of very expensive LGBTQYXZ programs and initiatives that fund tens of thousands of Registered Democrat activists
