*Run: 1.5-mile run in 14 minutes 25 seconds or less.

It looks worse than it is. If you start now, you'll be in shape by the time your physical fitness test comes along.

Lastly, you do know they do a comprehensive background check, right? Even though your record may be spotless, it's your hubby's incarceration that may raise some eyebrows. Had this been 10 years ago, that may have been an issue, but if you bring something to the table I.C.E. needs (you breathing) you should have no problems.

Yes. Serious as you wanting a career in I.C.E. you can do it. Tomorrow start off with 5 and five everyday until next Thursday. Then do 10 everyday for a week. By that time you'll want to start doing 15 every two hours daily. After a week of doing 15 sets X 8, you'll be in shape.

32 push ups is nothing. You'll be fine. You just have to start doing them. If you can do the 32, then most likely you can do everything else.
