After retiring as a lawman Wyatt Earp moved to San Diego and built a famous bar, gambling hall,, hotel, and restaurant on 5th street in the Gas Lamp district which is still there. He also ran a whore house out of the hotel. The building is still there and is actually quite architecturally beautiful.
