Little kids don't have the moral compass to "steal" anything at 5 years old. She has no excuse for her behavior.. She'd have a cracked skull and a few missing teeth if she did that to my kid.

Evidently, neither did this particular kid's parent, or that parent would've stepped in to stop what the kid was doing. What's more likely -- and we all know it -- is that the parent was just fine with what the kid was doing and plausibly even encouraged that kind of behavior.

both parents were there along with the rest of the family. You might spend some time getting the facts if you're going to comment on it.
We also have to take the word of Shiloh that the kid actually did anything. because the video starts when the videographer starts yelling at her after he heard what she said and confronted her about it. You saw the video I assume?
Given her actions after the fact when she got caught look what it's become.

Yes, I have seen it. And if we're confining ourselves strictly to what's seen in the video, we don't hear her call the kid anything; we hear the videographer accusing her of it.
Granted, she does implicitly admit to it, "If that's what he's gonna act like", etc. But the videographer doesn't deny that (presumably, from the video and his reaction, his kid) did what she claims the kid did, either.
Neither action that led to the confrontation is actually captured on video, so let's not cherry-pick which one happened and which one didn't.

I've already said that directing the reaction at the child was not appropriate, and that the reaction should have been directed at the parent.
But you don't care what I said -- you only care about what you can continue to claim I said, contrary to the evidence, in order to justify letting the kid's parent off the hook for any influence over the incident in question.
