Another desperate flailing response to the decline of empire that will only accelerate the decline. It will become another pipeline to funnel resources to the military industrial complex (a jobs program for weapons manufacturers) that will make a few people (oligarchs and shareholders) even richer at the expense of everyone else. Because of course it will... that's all the USA is competent to do anymore: create instability suffering and death for profits.
