So the clickbait and troll farms in Russia are just more nefarious because...?
What have they done?
It's already been proven that in 2016 those "troll (clickbait) farms" only showed a few ads on Facebook -some promoting every candidate- half of which didn't even run until after the election.
What have they done? Try to put in anti-democratic forces in France, England, the US and other Central and Eastern European countries. As much as you hate the West, it is much worse in other places.
If that's what you call "interference" you must really really hate 'Murica's foreign policy eh?
Yet oddly enough I never see you go off whole heartedly on our own imperialism, militancy, and interference.
Could it be that you just don't like Russians?
Gee, I wonder where you got *that* idea? LoL
Putin is a noob when it comes to interfering with other countries.
He could take a few lessons from good ol' USA in that department.
Ask Haiti, Venezuela, Honduras, Mexico, Iraq, Iran, Yemen, Syria, Libya, Somalia, etc. etc.
Even when Russia tried to fuck with Afghanistan did they invade and stay there interfering with them for two decades? I don't think it was two whole decades was it? We're *still* fucking with Afghanistan only now it's warfare by economic means (sanctions) instead of literally blowing shit up.
Putin is small time when it comes to interference and that's just a fact.
You've been conditioned to see the world a certain way (very West-centric with 'Murica as the planet's unimpeachable savior and anyone pushing back against our meddling as an "enemy") and I only hope sooner or later you manage to pull off those blinders and see things as they actually are.
Come on over to reality... we has cookies.
Yes, we have behaved like an Empire. We have intervened all over the world, that I'm well aware of and have condemned and voted, and when much younger worked at NGOs to combat. The problems become clearer as I've grown as an individual. There is a lot more nuance and complexity to economic problems and the despair they bring.
The US didn't make Venezuela into the shithole it has become when it was once one of the strongest economies in Latin America. See, I take in new information and see what exists. Venezuela is now one of the countries where people are fleeing from in hunger. Yet, it is one of the countries in LA with the most resources. How do you explain that? What's happening in Venezuela isn't on the US this time. It's on Chavistas and their corruption.
Boric in Chile has even put on the breaks on completely throwing out capitalism. It is objectively clear that capitalism is tied to economic progress across the planet. Are there problems with unregulated/unfettered capitalism? Fucking A. But throwing out the baby with the bath water isn't the answer.
Is that your argument for Afghanistan? They did it for a shorter time than we did? Are you serious? They only left because the USSR economic system was a joke.
You've convinced yourself that you know more than I do about our foreign policy. You even rolled your eyes at the idea that US foreign policy in the Middle East as in pertains to the Israelis is driven by oil.
The only thing I wish for people like you is a little bit more humility when posting to others.
