I was really rooting for her when she first took office, then she seemed to take a corporate detour and became Pelosi's protegee. But now, it seems like she has left that bullshit behind and is back to being a people's representative. I hope I am right about that, because she's bright, young, and energetic. A perfect person for Bernie to pass that burning torch to.

When it is said AOC is returning to her roots, is that a particular lamp post she'd been rooted under? (just kidding there, I know she would never use sex to profit)...or is it that she's returned to full-on racist rhetoric like of her original campaign, when she declared that the people of her district should have someone who looked like them as a representative - you know, meaning not her male non-hispanic white opponent? I don't believe that would ever allow me to take her seriously as a stalwart of democracy rather than just another special interest conservative...

I don't dislike AOC because she's a woman.
Besides she only had "power" once (Force The Vote) but refused to use it cuz it would've done 'Mama Bear' a sad.
I dislike her for the same reason I dislike Bernie... they're only making populist noises with their face holes but they'll never actually challenge the DNC power structure; in the end they'll tell people to Vote Blue No Matter Who and that makes them the fucking enemy.
