You clearly don't understand how Congress works. Or any state legislature, for that matter. Whatever laws are in place re welfare, trust me Missy, they didn't get put there without heavy RepubliCON interference. They're the ones who fucked over "Obamacare." If you understood and paid attention you would get why BOTH PARTIES fucking suck, and they suck 100% because of corporate influence on the law making process.
