I'm sure additional facts will come out but I'll be hard pressed to agree shooting someone through a locked metal door equates to a legitimate fear of great bodily harm for knocking.

Unless the mother of 4 was out there with a sledge hammer banging away and the cops were already called and stalling this is NOT justifiable . I stand by my initial assessment of 1st degree murder
