I was under the impression that tacos are folded crisp shells with meat and cheese fillings, although I believe you can get soft shell ones too.
They're actually good if made right. Its basically junk food though, Mexican dishes are notoriously unhealthy and full of calories.

Same tortillas...but fajitas are grilled or pan fried with the meat and veggies all together...usually tacos the ingredients are added together in the taco (not cooked together).
He'll tell you his version of it, which has nothing to do with me, or what happened.
