I almost feel like I knew DD even though I don't recall having any interactions; it must be seeing people obsess go on and on about DD, almost daily for years, that gives this impression.

Like hearing someone talk incessantly about their favorite beach until -even though I've never been there- I could probably describe it to someone in vivid detail.
