Big will turn up, Admin will panic, go quiet initially and then eventually find his nerve and claim back what's left of his dusty, shrivelled testicles from large Lily's handbag. He'll then unleash one of his trademark, hysterical, talentless spamathons, receive a fierce verbal bitch slap, which sends his Elton John hairpiece flying, be humiliated and laughed at by the entire forum, sulk and go quiet until the heat has died down.

Then he'll sneak back in wearing his stained Marilyn Monroe cocktail dress and loiter around the BF bar, impatiently waiting for some "hunky" guy to buy him a triple gin & tonic.
