They could be anything from sites for automated factories (cheaper than retrofitting existing structures) to anticipated data storage and/or processing facilities; once Palantir finishes creating the model for a centralized database to track/log every 'Murican resident they'll need the infrastructure to realize it.

He and Trump have that in common: what they're best at is slapping their name on something built by others and taking credit for it. They also have similar "end games", if you will- to grab as much for themselves as they can just because they want to.

The major drawback of AI art is the 'creator' can never own it. It's like typing in function calls & expecting the computer to spit out random images & text which cannot be deconstructed. AI is imprecise and can't necessarily replicate its original 'creation'. So while it may decimate many creative industries it won't entirely replace them.
