It's a good and accurate term, much underused.

Trump, of course, did all he could to weaken NATO leading to the invasion of Ukraine. He has said he will not support Ukraine in the current conflict with Russia/Putin. Musk apparently approves - we will find out exactly why at a later date. Trump has no love for Europe and won't discourage Putin from grabbing whatever chunks he can.
